* We suggest adding 1/2” to 1” to both “A” and “B” measurements, DO NOT adjust any measurements for “C”

How to measure the skirt and strap lengths:

Measuring the skirt and strap

• The skirt should cover, at minimum, all visible acrylic.

• The strap should be measured from the bottom of the foam to the top of the safety clip.

Measuring the Radius:

Radius Measuring Diagram

The most efficient way to measure your radius is to use a carpenters Square. Place the carpenters square against the acrylic on at the corner of your hot tub. The measurement where the rounding of the corner stops, where the acrylic hits the carpenters square, will be your radius.

Square or rectangle with rounded corners:

Take measurements from the outside of the acrylic, do not measure the inside of the hot tub as this will make your hot tub cover too small. Remember that the “A” side has the hinge on it. The “C” measurement is your radius.

~ if your hot tub corners are rounded please refer to our radius measuring guide.

Square or Rectangle hot tub:

Take measurements from the outside of the acrylic, do not measure the inside Of the hot tub as this will make your hot tub cover too small. Remember that the “A” Side has the hinge on it.

Where to measure your hot tub:

Take all measurements from the outside of the acrylic . The “C” measurement should be taken from edge to edge of the cut corners. Remember that the“A” side has the hinge on it.

~ if your corners are rounded please refer to our radius measuring guide.

Hot tub with two cut corners:

Take all measurements from the outside of the acrylic . The “C” measurements should be taken from edge to edge of the cut corners. Remember that the “A” side has the hinge on it. Do not stop any measurements for the “A” or “B” lengths at the cut corner, the “C” measurement will give us that dimension.

~ if your corners are rounded please refer to our radius measuring guide.

Round Hot tub:

You will only need one measurement that should be taken from one edge of the acrylic to opposite edge of acrylic.

Octagon:

Take all measurements from the outside of the acrylic . The “C” measurement should be taken from edge to edge of the cut corners. Remember that the “A” side has the hinge on it. Do not stop any measurements for the “A” or “B” lengths at the cut corner, the “C” measurement will give us this dimension.

~ if your corners are rounded please refer to our radius measuring guide.

Hexagon:

Take all measurements from the outside of the acrylic . The “C” measurement should be taken from edge to edge of the cut corners. Remember that the “A” side has the hinge on it. Do not stop any measurements for the “A” or “B” lengths at the cut corner,  the "C" measurement will give us this dimension.

~ if your corners are rounded please refer to our radius measuring guide.

~ You may want to add an 1”-1/2” on to your measurements so that your cover will be easier to lift off of your hot tub. Please do not add on to your radius measurement.
